The Fruit of our 1st 2026 Africa Trip: A Letter from Uganda

Hello Friends,

I want to pass along a letter that was sent to me by one of the pastors who attended the conference in Uganda. It details the impact of our visit as well as God’s blessing over the trip and all those who participated in each conference.

I am continually amazed at how God moves and works and I am so blessed to be able to continue ministering to the people of Africa through your generosity and intercessory prayers.

Continue to pray for God to grant me wisdom as I plan to return to Africa two additional times this year with the next one being arranged for April 30th - May 16th.

Enjoy, as you read the below letter…

Open Minds, Open Hearts: Our Final Days in Tanzania

Greetings… from home! Thank you for praying and interceding on our behalf. Wayne Tesoriero, my travel partner, and I have concluded a very busy 2+ weeks in Africa.

Tanzania…
“Open Minds and Open Hearts” marked the people of Tanzania. We left Africa believing as though we had poured out our lives as ambassadors for Jesus.  Like Kenya and Uganda prior, the people were warm, hospitable, and open to the Holy Spirit. We had deep times of teaching that wrapped up on the last day with us praying for over 300 people for the impartation of His presence, His gifts, and His callings over their lives. The hunger for more of Jesus was often so apparent that it left me feeling very inadequate but richly blessed to have had an open door into their lives.

A Letter from Fort Portal: From Opposition to Breakthrough

We just finished our second conference at Fort Portal, Uganda. Our time ended up being a huge blessing and quite amazing even though there were multiple hurdles to adjust to and manage. From the moment we left Nairobi and headed to the airport, it was a struggle. Our plane was initially delayed for several hours. When we finally got ready to depart there were issues with our Visas so we had to wait further while new visas were issued.

These and other changes caused the first morning of teaching to be postponed and our schedule to be rearranged.

However, God is good… all the time!

Nairobi: Discipleship, Prayer & An Open Door to More

We arrived safely and pretty jet-lagged after a very long transcontinental flight. We landed on a Friday, and we were off and running starting Sunday.

Overall, while it’s been a whirlwind, we had an amazing time at our first stop, Cornerstone Faith Assembly in Nairobi. I taught twice for their Sunday morning church services before kicking off the conference on Monday, where I taught in the morning and then returned for an evening session. This was the schedule for Tuesday as well, before finishing up with a closing session on Wednesday morning.

Preparing to Leave for Africa: Ministry Updates & Prayer Request

It has been nearly five weeks since we sent our first letter and so much has taken place. I thought it would be helpful to send a short update.

First and foremost - THANK YOU! I am overwhelmed by your generosity and truly humbled. But more than that, I am grateful for your hearts of love and your care for others.
