Preparing for our 2nd 2026 Africa Trip
Greetings,
It was amazing to see so many of you last week and be able to share my heart for Africa. Your love, prayers and support have been deeply touching. Thank you for your love for Jesus, and for Gale and I.
As I am planning, packing, and preparing to leave next week for trip 2 of 3 this year, I was reading and praying through Psalm 138. I was taken by verse 8:
The Lord will accomplish what concerns me;
Your lovingkindness, O Lord, is everlasting;
I am reminded again that Jesus will accomplish all that concerns you and I. He is never overmatched or surprised by what we face. So today, I want to encourage you that His love is everlasting and more than able to sustain us.
Bryce Billingsley will be joining me on this trip. I’d like to ask you to cover both of us in prayer as we travel and teach. Please also pray for those supporting this ministry, Bishop Kamau, Susan DePaola and Jeff Krausman, who have been so helpful in making it happen. They handle the many details while I’m in Africa.
Last week, my dear friend Jerry Musgrove held his 24 th annual Leaders Breakfast, and as usual, it was a tremendous time of fellowship and sharing.
However, it was the message by Dr. Patricia Bailey that left me with a sense of urgency as well as hope and destiny. If you don’t know Dr. Bailey, she has a contagious and passionate message for outreach. Having visited over 140 countries and cared for thousands of hurting people, she not only loves the lost and hurting, but she can communicate that love with fire and a powerful anointing from the Holy Spirit.
I am hoping to get a copy of her message posted to my webpage soon. She shared passionately about the great need to touch others with the love of Jesus. As she spoke I was moved to engage in a trip to Pakistan to learn more about Christians enslaved in work camps and what it would take to help free them. Please pray with me over this as I have no idea what it means or how it will look, only that I am supposed to go.
Thank you, again, for your faithfulness. I plan to send regular updates the first two weeks of May from both Kenya and Tanzania.
Bless You,
Pastor Dan
